Overview

- Microsite has kids and adult privacy policies
- TOS if for all WDIG sites (abc, espn, family, movies, etc.)
- WDIG can use your submissions for publicly and promotions
- They do not accept any unsolicited submissions. If you send anything through their sites, you just gave it to them to own and without ANY rights to you.
- Code of conduct prohibits commercial actions such as advertising, selling, promotions, and solicitations for donations.
Bad Stuff
- WDIG owns your submissions
- Submissions are anything you upload, post, embed, display. This includes your ideas, feedback, photos, usernames, profiles, messages, videos, you name it – they OWN it according to this TOS.
- WDIG cannot guarantee the security Public forums such as chat rooms, instant messages, blog, email, mobile messaging, and profiles.
- Users are responsible for any actions or violations done under their username.
- Users assume all risk and cannot assure others will comply with rules of conduct.
- You agree that you will not Distribute any Submission that: is antisocial, disruptive, or destructive, including “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,” and “griefing” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
- WDIG reserves the right to refuse any post for any reason whatsoever and prevent freedom of speech if it violates their code or conduct or way of thinking.
- They may – or may not – inform you that you were removed from the websites.
Flickr Pro Additional Terms of Service
Basic Overview
- This TOS does not have a published date.
- There is no contact info or author of document.
- They can change it at any time.

- Limited to 60 group pools
- Must have a Yahoo! ID and Yahoo! Wallet account.
- Yahoo! Privacy Policy.
Bad Stuff
- Card verification charges .01 – .99 then refunds it.
- Payment for subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Flickr expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, delete content from, suspend or terminate your account.
- Flickr shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flickr, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to Flickr pro, your violation of the TOS, these Additional Terms or the Community Guidelines, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- You and Flickr agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California.
